CHRIS PRESTON, FOUNDER, CEO, PERSONAL TRAINER, LICENSED DIETICIAN

Chris Preston is San Diego's most respected personal Trainer. During his stint as a U.S. Navy boot camp instructor, he was responsible for training new recruits and making them strong and fit quickly. After serving 22 years and earning many distinguish honors, Chris was the head trainer at a health club. While there, he not only helped his clients gain strength and endurance, but improve their overall health as well. With his guidance, they followed a nutritional program he implemented that greatly improved the health of his clients. His program was very effective and continues to be a part of the health club's routine to this day. After four years, Chris left to pursue the training of individual clients who wanted to make a lifestyle change. Chris knew he could make a positive difference in these people's lives. For the past five years, Chris has dedicated himself to improving the lives of many San Diego and Los Angeles area residents. He is selective about the clients he accepts into his training program, as he admits that it takes an enormous amount of discipline and determination to do well with his regimen. However, Chris's techniques make the workouts fun, challenging, and different every time.

Chris has a bachelors in Nutrition and is a licensed dietician. His natural approach to competition training allows the body to transform as it was meant to be and assists in maintaining the shape after competition.
